Almond Bread


  • Preheat oven to  350° F
  • Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor.
  • Pulse ingredients together
  • Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar until completely incorporated.
  • Pour batter into a greased 8" X 4" bread pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Cool and serve
  • If you wish, spread some coconut butter or a homemade Paleo fruit spread on top.


    • 1 ½ cups raw almond flour (I make my own in my Cuisinart- a lot less expensive!)
    • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
    • ¼ cup golden flax meal (you can grind your own flax seed in a coffee grinder
    • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
    • 5 eggs
    • ¼ cup coconut, olive or grape seed oil (depends on your taste preference)
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, unfiltered, unrefined
