Dehydrated Cranberries

  1. Blend together orange juice and honey.
  2. Add cranberries and allow to soak for at least two hours.
  3. Add cranberries to a pot and cover with water. Heat up slowly. When the cranberries start to crack, take them off the heat.
  4. Place cranberries in the freezer for 1/2 hour
  5. Spread out the cranberries on a teflex sheet
  6. Dehydrate at 115F overnight or until the cranberries are dry enough to be stored.
  • Fresh cranberries sliced in half
  • Orange juice
  • Honey (Add as much as you prefer for sweetness)
