Raw Veggie Sandwich

  • Spread Almond Ginger Dressing on one side each on the Raw Onion Bread.
  • Layer vegetables starting with tomatoes on top of one piece of bread, drizzling more dressing after several layers.
  • Top sandwich with second piece of bread.
  • Slice sandwich in half.
  • To hold sandwich together, you can put a frill toothpick in either side of the sandwich.
